Please ensure you have read the following terms and conditions before placing any orders.



A great effort is put into accurately capturing each product, however they may vary slightly from the pictures that are displayed. Because the items are all hand made, please be mindful that there are variations in size, dimension and weight and that your product may also vary slightly from the images displayed.

If you request a custom order, please ensure your measurements are accurate, as those will be the exact measurements used to make your product.

Once an item has been personally engraved it cannot be changed or altered, therefore please ensure accuracy before placing your order. 


Prices listed on our site are up to date. In the event that there is any adjustment, you will be notified before proceeding with your order. You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal or E-mail transfer. 


Products are free from defects in workmanship and material for the first month from the date of delivery. Repair is free of charge during this warranty period. If you have any questions, issues or complaints about a product, please contact us by e-mail at so that it can be resolved.


Ensuring quality service and products is a priority, therefore if you are unhappy with your product or find damages/faults, please notify us within 2 days of delivery and a repair or replacement will be considered depending on the case. Please E-mail us at regarding any issues. All purchases are final and there will be no refunds.


The cost of delivery is reflected in the total price and is offered to those who reside within the GTA (General Toronto Area). Delivery time varies but is generally between 2-4 weeks. International delivery may be subject to duties/taxes in which the receiver of the order is responsible for. Orders required by a certain date are to be requested upon ordering. Please note, there is no guarantee, however we will try our best to fulfil all requests made. Delays outside of our control will not be accountable for. In the event that a delay should occur, we will contact you as soon as possible and take whatever steps are necessary to minimalize the delay.


Your information is considered confidential and will not under any circumstances be sold, shared or rented to any third party. We do not store any credit card information or keep it on file. The personal information you provide will only be used to supply the product to you and process your payment.
